throughout the five days of the event, details below.

Beamlock are exhibiting a full-scale section of their
unique modular timber frame system, demonstrating its multiple
applications for both domestic and commercial use. Beamlock’s
precision-engineered innovative jointing system gives it considerable
high strength and safety features.

BCA/Concrete Thinking are demonstrating innovations
in off-site prefabricated concrete technologies including:
a part finished building constructed using the tunnel form
system; a
domestic basement roofed with precast slabs; and a lightweight
insulated flooring system.

Fusion are exhibiting a fully finished bathroom pod,
in their unique factoryassembled, light gauge steel panel
housing system. The Fusion building system has fully insulated
external walls. It can be manufactured to non-standard designs
according to architects’ requirements.

Haironville TAC, in partnership with SIAC Construction
and Structural Systems, are demonstrating their innovative
structural cladding system, Structurclad. This fully
unitised, panellised, factory manufactured system comprises
of structural framework panels with integrated windows and
positioned onto the building, using a back fix design similar
to unitised curtainwall systems.

Metek, in conjunction with partners Weber sbd,
will demonstrate live, the construction of walls and buildings
using the Metek Building System (MBS). MBS is a lightweight
steel framing system formed using machinery that converts
steel coils into cold rolled steel frame components. This
system enables flexibility in building design and increases
the speed of assembly.

Terrapin are exhibiting two off-site manufactured
steel framed modules, fitted out as a one bedroom flat for
the frail/elderly. Visitors are invited to walk through this
example of quality, affordable housing which incorporates
a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and storage area
with all interior fittings and fixtures.

Van Elle are demonstrating their innovative Smartfoot®
precast modular foundation system, which combines the high
quality and cost-effectiveness of precast concrete manufacture,
with simple and fast track construction techniques onsite.
The system can be installed either with or without piles and
is designed for both traditional and modular structures of
all types.
